Harlow's in Missoula, MT is in search of a professional General Manager to join our growing team! This position will manage the daily business of the dealership to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency at all levels in multiple departments. The General Manager will act as the leader, mentor and coach, setting the example for excellence in areas of customer service, work ethic, resourcefulness and attention to detail. This position will work with department managers and corporate human resources to attend to all personnel matters. The General Manager will ensure the dealership meets all legal and governmental regulatory standards (Hazmat, OSHA, etc.) while maintaining constructive relationships with all OEM and vendor partners. Participates in community programs, activities and organizations, as well as in local, regional and/or state trade associations to enhance the image of the dealership/company and to network with other business/industry leaders. The General Manager must stay up-to-date with industry trends and new opportunities for profitability that set the dealership apart from the competition. Responsible for maintaining a safe, neat and professional appearance to the facility.
