Job Description:

This position will support the Bakken Team in New Town, ND. The-position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn. In addition this position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing, filing, and document management.

Responsibilities

Support the New Town Team by assisting all ND operations as it relates to New Town
Gather information and maintain in Microsoft Office Programs
Coordinate and monitor postage; pick-up and delivery of daily mail
Coordinate pick up and file records for Fed-Ex shipments
Track and order office and breakroom supplies
Schedule and assist with staff/office meetings, and employee lunches/meals.
Maintain and manage team schedule.
Assist with new-hire employees completing all paperwork and orientation
Timekeeper duties; recording bi-weekly timesheets and submitting for payroll
Assist with daily telephone calls, receptionist duties,-and tracking of visitors (both internal and external).
Maintain and update various spreadsheets such as team calendars and contact directories
Assist in coordinating community events
Aid various departments with miscellaneous projects
Keep track of field office fleet vehicles; assist in scheduling maintenance and repairs needed
Scheduling and coordinating guests to stay in the New Town Ops Center

Qualifications

Computer Proficiencies: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)-
Work Experience: Strong administrative support and customer service experience
Degree: High school or GED required
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills for interfacing with all levels of the organization; strong organization and communication skills, self-motivated, well organized, creative and results oriented
