Floranext is the leading independent florist software provider. We offer florist website, proposal and point of sale software for flower shops. We are hiring a Onboarding Lead.

Join a group of dedicated team members and help bring more flowers to more people! We are a remote-work company - the entire company works from locations around the country.

JOB - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train customers on Floranext Website, Point of Sale, and Proposal software
  • Assist customers with setup of service including credit card processing
  • Use remote access application to access customer's computer for tech assistance
  • Manage some incoming sales leads

JOB - KEY SKILLS

  • Exceptional communication ability
  • Comfortable learning and working with new technologies
  • Some experience with basic computing - e.g. printer setup, remote support
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Highly organized
  • Familiarity with florist industry, spent some time working in a flower shop

LOCATION

  • Floranext is a remote company - we do not have an office and communicate and collaborate via online tools like Slack and Skype. That means we don't mind where you are, we are looking for the best person for the role!
